OUR HISTORY
At Peekaboo Paws & Tails, we have taken something which started as a personal passion, and turned it into a successful breeding business. We breed our animals to have friendly dispositions and fit in seamlessly as incredible family pets. We genetic test all of our dogs to ensure perfect pairing, resulting in less genetic diseases within the breed.
We have been located in the Georgian Bay and surrounding area all of our lives, and have been breeding since 2000. Peekaboo Paws & Tails is a small in-home based breeding program, where we live together with our animals, or place them into permanent Guardian homes. We breed responsibly, ethically and according to the best practices of the trade, which makes us your go-to breeder for your new little fur baby.
GUIDING PHILOSOPHY
At Peekaboo Paws & Tails, we are rigorous in screening and selecting the right home for each puppy. If we do not think your home is the best place for them, we will redirect you to a different breeder who might be a better fit. Note, we will not separate our babies from their mothers until they are old enough. Our babies stay in our home with us and their mom until a minimum of 9 weeks old.
